Overview
DeepCharts supports connecting to Summit Prop Firm Rithmic accounts using your Rithmic credentials.
This guide provides the resources needed to connect your Rithmic account to DeepCharts, along with a few common troubleshooting steps.
Before connecting DeepCharts to your Summit Rithmic account, make sure:
- Your Summit account has been created successfully.
- You have received your Rithmic login credentials.
- You have signed all Rithmic agreements to activate your market data (if applicable).
- Confirm your Rithmic username and password are working by logging into RTrader Pro.

Troubleshooting
If you are unable to connect, verify the following before contacting support:
- Confirm you are using your current Rithmic username and password.
- Verify you can successfully log into RTrader Pro using the same credentials.
- Make sure your account has active market data.
- Close both DeepCharts and RTrader Pro completely, then reopen them and try connecting again.
- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
